Angus Roberts is one of the regions fastest growing and most innovative estate agents. Working to the highest standards and adhering to the strict codes of the practice set out by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Starting as a specialist rental agent, after four very successful years Angus Roberts became a fully fledged estate agent in early 2010. Our principal aim is to help our clients sell or rent out their property.

Simon Coulthurst
Simon has lived in the area for many years and has a wealth of experience in the property market gained from working with conveyancing lawyers and surveyors in his role as the Sales, Marketing and Training Manager for Searchflow part of NLIS (National Land Information Service). He has considerable knowledge of the internet and software systems that ensure Angus Roberts gain maximum advantage for their clients in terms of effective marketing and property management. Simon is a fully qualified member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
David Waterhouse
David has a history of developing long-term business relationships with clients from all over the world. Having lived in the area all his life, he has a wealth of local knowledge. This combination helps him to ensure that Angus Roberts continues to offer a level of service beyond expectations, and makes the company the preferred choice for landlords and tenants in the region. David is a fully qualified member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and of APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers).
Leigh Gardiner
Leigh has been with Angus Roberts since the doors first opened. She has a very thorough knowledge of the lettings business and her attention to detail ensures the efficient running of the office. Leigh is also a local person, and is extremely familiar with the Wharfe and Aire Valley region.
Emily Thwaites
Emily gained considerable experience, whilst working for a local construction firm, of the many aspects involved in residential property development. Emily is an indispensable member of the team with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the sales and lettings sides of the business.
