We strongly recommend that contents insurance is in place to cover your personal effects and furnishings.
Check that your policy includes cover for any accidental damage caused by the tenant to landlords property.
If you have not arranged cover yet, we can provide a quotation which includes this cover from a specialist company who deal solely with landlord and tenants insurance.
