We have purposely set our fees at or below the local competition as we believe in passing on the efficiencies we have built‐in to our business. We may be prepared to negotiate for more expensive properties, portfolios, developments or anything particularly unique.
There are no hidden charges; everything is detailed in our Terms of Business. Our aim is always to be fair and equitable with you, our client.
